What is the pickup address?
All orders are to be picked up at our bakery & storefront within Watersound Origins Town Center: 26 Origins Main Street, Suite 101, Inlet Beach, FL 32461
What time can I pickup my order?
Pickup time is between 2PM-4PM Monday-Saturday and 10AM-12PM on Sundays.
If your order is ready any earlier than 2PM, we will text you and let you know it’s ready for an earlier pickup time!
Are your cakes made to order?
Yes! All Sweet Henrietta’s Cakes are completely custom and made to order. ALL CAKES REQUIRE 48 HOUR NOTICE. If you are not providing 48 hour notice, please call the bakery at (850) 420-4566 to see if we can accommodate your request.

Cake Care Guide
Sweet Henrietta's use fresh made 100% Buttercream Frosting. Northwest Florida's Humidity and heat will melt your yummy cake into a pile of delicious but unrecognizable sweetness. Please follow the guide below to insure your cake is delicious AND beautiful when you are ready to serve.
First Look
Check your cake when you pick it up or when it is delivered.
Pickup and carry your cake box from the bottom only.
Transporting Your Cake
Place your cake on the front floorboard of an air conditioned vehicle and drive straight to it's final destination (no stops in a hot car)
Avoid seats and laps during transportation. Drive carefully, no sharp turns or quick stops.
The Fridge is your Friend
Cakes are to be kept in the fridge until it's time for your party.
Take your cake out no more than one hour before serving.
No Sun!
Buttercream will begin melting in the sun, the humidity, and in any room warmer than 70 degrees. Don't place it under a warm light or in the sun. Display it in a cool area. No one wants a runny cake.
Leftovers?
If there is such a thing! Wrap well with plastic or place in airtight container, store in the refrigerator.
